Frequently asked questions
What are the capacity and output specifications? How many charges can it provide?
For a typical smartphone with a 3000–4000mAh battery, GLASSIA provides approximately 0.8–1.2 full charges. Actual results depend on the phone model, battery condition, use while charging and ambient temperature. Wireless charging also has slightly higher conversion losses than wired charging.
How does Qi2 magnetic charging differ from regular wireless charging? Is my phone compatible?
MagSafe-compatible iPhone models from iPhone 12 onward can attach magnetically. Android phones without built-in magnetic attachment need a compatible magnetic case or ring, or can use USB-C wired charging. Magnetic hold and charging speed depend on the phone and accessories.
Can I take it on a plane? Are there capacity limits?
Power banks must be carried in cabin baggage, not checked baggage. Some routes, particularly those involving China, require a CCC mark on the product and limit the number carried. Always check the latest requirements from your airline and airport before departure.
Which safety certifications does it have?

What colours are available? Can it be custom printed?
Print on Demand (POD) customisation lets you add images or text to the back panel. Officially licensed collaborations, including Project SEKAI, Persona and the Master Museum Series, are also available.
What safety protections are included?
The cell also undergoes CCC / GB 31241-2022 abuse tests, including overcharging, nail penetration, crushing and hot-box testing, with requirements for no fire or explosion. Use compliant cables and chargers, and avoid prolonged storage in hot or humid conditions.
How long does charging take? Does it support pass-through charging?
GLASSIA supports pass-through charging, allowing it to charge itself while powering a phone. Extended pass-through use can make the unit warmer; use it in a well-ventilated area.
What are the warranty, shipping costs and delivery arrangements?
Orders of HK$500 or more qualify for free shipping. Hong Kong orders ship by SF Express, with store/locker collection or home delivery. Dispatch is generally arranged within a few working days after payment; collaboration pre-orders follow the announced schedule for each series.
