We’ve rolled out quite a few updates to our products and services lately, and we’ve rounded them all up for you here.
A Growing Product Ecosystem
From our flagship ZENSBUDS AI translation earbuds (Red Dot 2025, launching soon) to our everyday ZENSBUDS true wireless earbuds, the upcoming ZENS FLIP charging stand and 65W GaN charger, plus the already available GLASSIA power bank, 100W braided fast-charging cable, and SK-01 speaker—we aim to make ZENS your go-to choice for everything from audio to charging, for daily use and travel alike.
Warranty Extended to 2 Years
We have upgraded our warranty to a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. This reflects our confidence in our product quality and our commitment to your peace of mind.
Matching Colors, Better Bundles
We’ve added a "Bundle Up" feature: when selecting a color on our product pages, you can easily pair it with a color-matched ZENS fast-charging cable to take home as a set. The system automatically pairs the cable based on your chosen color and displays the bundled price. Even our collaborative series colors match our charging cables.
Enhanced Localized Service for Hong Kong
Enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$500 in Hong Kong, delivered via SF Express with options for pickup at store locations or SF lockers. We are continuously refining our delivery and payment options to make your shopping experience even smoother.
Multiple International Certifications
ZENS products have passed numerous international safety certifications (varying by product). For instance, the GLASSIA has passed 9 certifications, including CE, FCC, CCC, PSE, KCC, NCC, BSMI, RoHS, and UN38.3; the ZENSBUDS AI has passed FCC, CE, PSE & TELEC, and RoHS.

One more thing—a brand new collaboration will launch at the end of this month. Details will be announced soon, so if you enjoy collecting our collaborative pieces, be sure to keep an eye on our website and social media.
Making everyday technology into items you’ll want to collect—that’s a vision we’ll never change.
