At its core, a power bank is a lithium battery. It stays pressed against your phone every day, sits in your bag, and travels with you on airplanes—which is why "safety" isn't just a bonus feature; it’s the absolute bottom line.
This is precisely why, before GLASSIA even officially launched, we made it our priority to complete the certification process. Today, we are proud to share that: GLASSIA has passed mandatory product certifications for eight major markets, making it one of the most thoroughly certified power banks on the market.
Why certification matters so much
Behind every certification lies a comprehensive suite of testing standards for batteries, circuitry, radio frequencies, and hazardous substances. It represents three things: Safety (protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and short circuits), Compliance (legally allowed to be sold in local markets), and Trust (independent third-party verification, rather than just the manufacturer's word). A battery you use so closely deserves this level of scrutiny.

From China's CCC, the EU's CE and RoHS, and the US's FCC, to Taiwan's NCC and BSMI, South Korea's KC, and Japan's PSE—this covers the strictest mandatory requirements of the major markets in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. For a power bank, this is an exceptionally complete list of certifications.
Want to verify for yourself? You can click directly on the FCC (US fccid.io), KC (South Korean government's "Consumer24" permanent record page), and PSE (original certificate from the Japanese issuing laboratory) in the table above to view them.
※ Update Note: At the time of this article's initial publication (February 2026), the South Korean KC certification was still under review—the KC registration process took longer than we anticipated. Now that it has been officially obtained, we have added the certificate number and the link to the official record to this article (Registrant: ZENSBUDS LIMITED).
Plus: Qi2 Wireless Charging Certification
GLASSIA supports Qi2 15W magnetic wireless charging. Qi2 is the latest standard from the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), offering more precise magnetic alignment and more stable charging. Obtaining Qi certification means that its compatibility and safety with other Qi2 devices have been verified by a third party.

Safety as a design principle
For ZENS, certification is not just a "box-ticking" exercise before launch; it is an integral part of the design. We believe that a product you use closely every single day should, by definition, be able to pass the most stringent inspections. This list of certifications for GLASSIA is our tangible commitment to the idea that "design and safety go hand in hand."
